The Bible tells us that in all labor there is profit (Proverbs 14:23) and whatever we do, we ought to work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men (Colossians 3:23). Rather than being a “necessary evil” work is a privilege. Each and every job has value. Nevertheless, we have our own unique situations, so not every job is the right fit for us. - Be kind and respectful even if the employer or the co-worker isn’t.
- Be patient even during frustrating times.
- Show integrity, even if those around you don’t.
- Be honest, even if others aren’t.
- Don’t “ghost” your employer.
